Unexplainable red dots all over face and upper body after consuming food from Subway Republic Polytechnic with stomach pain and diarrhea resulting in constipation. Took multiple rounds of lactulose to clear the food poisoning. Ordered via food delivery platform grabfood on 13 April 2026.
