vegetarian crunch wrap supreme. Went thru drive thru. Got crunch wrap supreme. After 3 hours, first I was very nauseous, then I had severe projectile vomit. And was sick for the next 4 days.

Got two breakfast burritos with my friend had cheese postages tomatos and sausage we only ate that and started having symptoms
