I went to Wendy's between 8 or 9 after I got off work. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal. I was fine afterwards but when I woke up this morning I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. This is embarrassing but I also have the poops. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
