I ate a spinach n mix greens BY FRSH SPRING IN A SEALED BAG at 1pm on Friday afternoon Nov 16. 2018. THEN I went n took a nap , woke n went to work. By 3pm I started to have diarrhea.. By 5pm.Istarted to have very bad stomach cramps n nausea, it. Was so Painful... one of the worst pain Iever Had... Every 20 mnts I would get this pain lasting for 15 mnts or so, . The last pain contractions I Hadwas around 740pm at nite,,I drank water n was fine all nite.. Didn't go to the Dr or ER | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, تشنجات
