Got some groceries here. Had been feeling fine until I opened and ate a package of gnochi from here, it was Ziggy's brand, with some of their PC alfredo sauce and became violently I'll only a few hours later. This was early in the morning around 5-6 am and I'm still suffering from it. I had gone most of the day since breakfast feeling FINE. It had to have been one of those two products.
