Are at bar burrito yesterday. Have been vomiting constantly since yesterday, Only I got sick as I was the only one who ate from there. I was vomiting when I got home and was unable to keep anything down. Currently still very poorly with a fever and diarrhoea | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, حمى, غثيان
