I ordered honey bbq wings from BWW for pick up at 5:30pm to be picked up at 6:30pm. When I started eating them I didn’t notice anything was wrong with the food, but this morning I woke up at 4:30am throwing up. It’s 1pm now and I’ve been throwing up every hour and have had diarrhea three times. I made a report to the Iowa Department of Public Health.
