I ordered an Italian Hero and a strawberry smoothie ate it and about an hour later I had horrible stomach pains half an hour later I was vomiting violently and then the diarrhea started I was in the bathroom for 12 hours all while still suffering stomach pains I ended up being admitted to the emergency room. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, ألم المعدة
