crispy chicken salad, Ate the salad around 5 and started feeling nauseous and had chills and numbness in my right leg around 8p the same day. I only got sick. I had chills for several hours. Finally able to get to sleep then woke up around 11p and vomited. Started feeling much better after that. It was all I ate that night. | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء, قشعريرة, خدر
