Had BK XL and I'm dying of diarrhea today after I took a night bus to cusco. It looked like the 2 employees were microwaving stuff which made us a bit uncomfortable at the time. My partner had the same meal and felt some symptoms but not full on like me. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
