Bought a Long Chilli Cheese box meal with chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink at about 12:40pm on 12/01/18. Everything was fine until about midnight on 13/01/18 when I started to get severe and painful stomach cramps and nausea which lead to complete, nuclear carnage in the toilet soon after. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, تشنجات
