Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken was lukewarm & not tender at all. Later that evening, I felt nauseous with cramps, vomiting & body aches. Must have been the BK because thats all I had to eat for over 12 hours. Went to a doctor the next day and they said it was food poisoning. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات, آلام الجسم
