I ordered a double quarter pounder with sacker sauce meal no mustard extra pickle meal., I was by myself. I ordered and ate around 12:20 P.M. at 5pm I felt nauseous then by 6pm I had diarrhea and by 7pm I was vomiting violently. I vomited what felt like every hour the entire night until 3-4am the next day | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, غثيان
