I ate the vegetarian sandwich at around 9 pm (white bread, tofu, greens, tomato, guac, no pesto, no cheese), started feeling nauseous not long after. I tried going to bed about 10:30 but tossed and turned with a fever and nausea until vomiting it all up at 2am. | الأعراض: حمى, غثيان, قيء
