Eating, Stopped there to eat before beginning 3.5 hour drive home. I began to feel nauseous after about 2 hours. I fought back vomiting for a bit and the that subside . When I got home and got out of the car it hit me again. I vomited several times and began to feel achy. My temperature spiked and had fever and chills all night.
