got a slice of beef pizza for lunch, woke up at 2am that night with severe stomach cramps & then bad diarrhea & vomited. felt sick & couldnt eat for 2 days. didnt eat anything different from my nbormal diet except the caseys pizza which i rarely eat. never again! | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
