I have purchased cava for the first time Thursday everything was ok went down well next day I experienced fatigue and nausea thinking I needed to eat so I went back to cava Friday and ate another bowl now I feel terrible 😞 like I have a bug in in bed I have clients later and can’t get up it’s sucks..my stomach is twisting and turning I feel like I want to throw up and can’t ..I have thrown up once lastnight I had really bad acid reflux..I only ate the cava considering I’m on a diet so I only ate that !
