Had a spicy chicken deluxe like I usually do and a Mac and cheese. About 30 mins later I hate severe stomach ache that felt like someone was stabbing my lower stomach and then diarrhea. My boyfriend also had a regular chicken sandwich and fries. He had severe diarrhea with the same symptoms. which leads me to believe it was the chicken since we both had different sides. | الأعراض: إسهال
