I got a spicy chicken sandwich around 2 o’clock on April 2, 2026. On April 3, 2026 around three in the morning I sort of vomiting profusely at the river 15 times in a six hour period. I am currently 39 hours post first vomit and still very nauseous but able to sip liquids to stay hydrated still unable to eat solid foods.| الأعراض: غثيان, قيء, ألم المعدة, حمى, تشنجات, قشعريرة
