I got chicken nuggets at the Meridian Chick-fil-A for dinner last night. I went to sleep and felt fine but when I woke up, I had a terrible pain in my stomach I feel extremely nauseous, I had severe diarrhea for an hour. It’s so bad that I had to call in sick to work. I’ve never had food poisoning before, but this is the worst thing I’ve experienced. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
