I had bacon ranch quesadilla around 7 pm. I have been sick all night. Managed to throw up eveything at 430am and besides whatever food made it past the stomach. I feel better loads better since throwing up. Still having diarrhea. Currently drinking water to replinish fluids. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
