I had a chicken buritto bowl from chipotle and the chicken did not sit to well immediately after eating. Later that night (5hours later) I went to the gym and my stomach felt a lot more ill. I went home showered, went to bed and two hours later I ran to the bathroom and threw up. Immediately after I had diarrhea. I spent the majority of the night on the toilet.
