Sept. 19, 2015 Chipotle dinner approx. 9 p.m., burrito bowl. 4 a.m. 09/20/15 woke up (1-10 scale of pain/discomfort) 7 pain in upper abdomine/diarrhea. 8 a.m. woke up painful waves of nausea/diarrhea 1st day "9," took anti-diahrea medicine at 4 p.m. 2nd day "6." Scared to eat during recovery, lasted approximately 5 days gradually subsiding. Did intestinal cleanse as well. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
