I ate a chicken bowl for lunch around 4:30. Soon after I started noticing my stomach getting bloated and had to use the bathroom the rest of the day. When I got home, I was in extreme stomach pain, and started to projectile vomit. Fever and headache. I can’t keep liquids down.
