I ate chicken chipotle two days ago as my diner. At my first night around 5 am i woke up and threw up everything. Then i felt very fatigued and had high fever for the rest of the day. Next morning my fever is reduced but i have diharrea. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
