Receipt order #212 1:08 PM on 4/3/16. Ordered Veggie Tacos: tortillas, pinto beans, pepper/onion blend, Pico de Gallo, and guacamole. Started feeling nauseous 2 hours after eating and heavily vomiting 4.5 hours after eating. Husband's meal didn't include tortillas or pinto beans, and he has not had any symptoms, so the tortillas and/or pinto beans are the expected source of the food poisoning. | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء
