I got food from Chipotle last night 1/6/2016 around 830 pm. I felt fine until about 3am when I woke up vomitted almost everything in my stomach. Its 11am and ive thrown up 3 more times along with diarrhea..had to call out of work today. I ate the chicken bowl with chips and guac. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
