Ate chipotle for lunch on Sunday. Stopped halfway through meal because I was feeling unwell. Stomach ache and nausea progressed until I started vomiting that night around 9-10pm complete with diarrhea and fever. It's Wednesday now and I'm not 100% but feeling better. I hadn't had anything else sunday morning before chipotle. Might still need to go to a Dr. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
