I picked up food after work. The symptoms started overnight with extreme nausea. I woke up at 6am with running diarhea. At 7:30 am i started vomiting multiple times. The rest of the day i had stomach cramps with nausea and exhaustion. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
