I ordered a small Cassiopeia pizza and ate a few pieces around 6pm on Saturday March 12th, and immediately felt ill after eating. I went to bed at 9pm with an upset stomach and woke up several times throughout the night to vomit accompanied with diarrhea, from 1 o'clock am to (now) 7am, and continue to feel ill. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
