12/3/2017- Ordered takeout of spaghetti bolognese. After consuming the dish, stomach started rumbling and had a case of diarrhea. Stomach continued to be upset for the next 4 days. Fever and Nausea for 2 days. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
