Ordered food court combo pizza Nov 8 2015. My15 yo and I have had nausea and diarrhea for a week and a half my son and his friend had diarrhea. On Nov 20, 2015 went back and had combo pizza again my 19 and 18 yr olds had horrible cramping diarrhea and nausea and 18 yo threw up all day on the 22nd.
