I had a chicken bake at the Costco on Galleria Parkway in Sparks a little before noon. All I had in the morning was my usual cup of coffe at home. About 4-5 hours later I started to feel nauseous then spent the rest of the evening and all night vomiting and having diarrhea. This also went along with a fever. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
