Had not left my house in over a week. Went to Cotton Patch and WalMart after a brief dr visit. Food was delicious ( meat loaf & veggies) but a few hours later i had vomitting and diarrhea. Diarrhea has lasted over 3 days. Nausea, dizziness, blurred vision. Planning on going to dr tomorrow. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, رؤية ضبابية, الدوخة
