I ate at 11:45 yesterday morning. I had grilled chicken tenders, green beans, and a grees salad. Around 6:00 pm I became very ill. I was vomiting, and unable to hold down anything from 6:30pm to 5am this morning, and I am still nauseated at 10:40 this morning. I have thrown up a total of 8 times since last night.
