Ate tacos. Just I got sick. About 4 1/2 5 hours. I ate around 11 pm after picking my girlfriend up from the airport. Went home went to sleep. Woke up violently puking at 4:00/4:30 am that continued til 6 then started the back end. Literally peeing out my butt tis awful! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
