August 1 my family ordered appr. 40$ in pizza. I am normally NEVER the type to complain. Im aware of how difficult it is to keep everyone satisfied, however, basic customer service is a MUST. I had an issue with one particular pizza the ham and pineapple. I found a piece of hair in it and thought that was bad BUT i threw that slice away and continued. Then i found a Very small piece of hair on the pepperoni pizza and THAT WAS IT! i called and complained. i was told i could call when i was ready and get my order replaced and i agreed. Thanked them and went about my business. I wassick to my stomach tho because cleay somebody wasnt wearing their hair up or something. Heres the next issue: i called mid month to get my replacement meal and there was no record of the arrangement and i was refused!! I was told the ownerwould call me and today is August 26 and ive yet to speak tothe owner orget my replacement. 40+ $ our family spemt and weve been treated horribly. | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء
