just had a plain cheese medium pizza with a friend last night, only thing we shared, during the night we both felt really sick and had bad diarrhea, so bad we both had to call in sick for work, we came to conclusion that it was probably from the pizza we ordered.my brother also had 2 slices and is starting to feel bloated and has a stomachache. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, الانتفاخ, ألم المعدة
