Had pizza at 8:30 pm last night and nothing else prior or afterwards. Went to bed and woke up feeling nauseated at 3am. Started having diarrhoea shortly afterwards following intense stomachache. Still unable to sleep. I have a strong feeling it was the sausage on the pizza 🤢 | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء, ألم المعدة, غثيان
