I ate dominos pizza at around 7pm and I immediately felt sick. I went out for an hour to go for a walk and I came back and laid in bed. (The last thing I ate was pizza) I started to feel really sick and my friend noticed and ran me to the bathroom (this was about 1:30pm) I was sick 5 times and when I woke up the next morning I still felt very sick. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
