I went in today at about 11 am and got 3 pieces of chicken, side salad with ranch and mashed potatoes. Had 1/2 tea and 1/2 lemon aid to drink.... about 2-3 hours latter I got nausea and diarrhea, haven’t thrown up yet... face feels hot and I can’t sleep, fever is 99.7 but my face feels hotter | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
