My wife and child both ate cheese and relish toastie and now are vomiting, diarrhoea and stomach cramps. My other child and myself didn't eat it and are fine. Emirates flight from Melbourne to Dubai 4th Jan. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
