Fairly certain I got "mild" food poisoning from Kroger Brand Asian Chopped Salad Kit; BB: Dec.20, 2019; Romain from Yuma; packing info TFRs337A06A15:56.Last night I ate said salad. About 2 to 3 hours later while in bed, my belly gurgled and I felt like I was going to have loose stools. It turned out to be the most explosive diarrhea I'd had in my adult life, dousing most of my buttocks with feces. After that my tummy was quiet. In retrospect, that was a sign something was wrong, since I also had absolutely no flatulence for over 24 hours. Less than an hour after I ate dinner tonight, I felt what I thought was flatulence, but by the smell I knew it was something else. Bright liquid feces with individually identifiable bits of last night's salad in it amassed in my underwear and seeped through my pants. After passing this diarrhea, bits of the salad. I just jumped straight into the shower and rinsed off more bits of salad from my buttocks, thighs, and even my scrotum. So yeah, I'm pretty sure it was the salad that did this to me. Also, this time my stomach is still a little upset and I still don't feel any flatulence, so even the bacteria in my guts aren't pleased with that salad.
And no, I'm not allergic to anything in this salad as far as I'm aware. The only times I can recall getting diarrhea after eating salad are when I ate at a salad bar where the ingredients are sitting out in a chilling case all day long (yes, one salad bar; I joked that I would eat there to cleanse my bowels). | الأعراض: إسهال, انتفاخ البطن
