Me and my partner both got ill on the last full day of our holiday. Both had diarreah and I had a fever and nausea for the full day. Both still got diarreah and terrible intermittent cramps now we're home. Had it 6 days now! | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, تشنجات
