I ate grapes ? last night and this morning, around 1:30 pm I started feeling very nauseous and got a massive head ache and fever of 37.1CIt’s now 8pm and I did manage to fall asleep for just a couple hours but then right when I woke up I immediately felt sick again and threw up while sweating profusely is it possible food poisoning ? | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء, حمى, الصداع, التعرق
