Ate spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and cookie and one bite of a burger as part of the $5 meal #4. Not but a few hours later I started getting horribly sick. The burger tasted off so I didn't finish it. Upon closer inspection it turned out to be quite green. Ew. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
