I had a chicken tender meal from Hardee's on Tuesday, June 20th around 1pm and fell extremely ill with projectile vomiting 4 hours later. I was vomiting violently for 24 hours every 30-40 minutes and I am still unable to keep down more than water/watered-down gatorade. Diarrhea, Vomiting, Flatulence, and upset stomach are contiuing into the next day. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, انتفاخ البطن
