Food from an all inclusive hotel in the Dominican Republic , I went on holiday to Punta Cana, for my birthday. I travelled with my friend. We travelled on the 29th October. 2 days into the holiday my friend experienced continuous diarrhoea and stomach cramps. I experienced the same 4 days after we arrived. | الأعراض: إسهال, تشنجات
