Ate meatballs on sunday 17 June. Fine until following morning when i vomited at 0700, and vomited 3 more times throughout day. Later came down with fever and liquid poop. Nightmare. Fine on tuesday but girlfriend has vomited today after feeling ill yesterday, she also had meatballs but not as many so may have taken longer for the bad stuff to build up. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
