On Thursday at approximately 11:00 AM, I ate food from an In-N-Out Burger location. I began experiencing symptoms later that night around midnight (approximately 12–13 hours after eating). My symptoms included severe nausea, repeated vomiting, and continuous diarrhea. I was unable to keep down any food or liquids, including water. My condition worsened to the point of severe dehydration, and I had to be hospitalized for two nights. During my hospital stay, I was treated for dehydration and kidney complications related to fluid loss. This illness was sudden and severe, and the timing of my symptoms closely followed my meal from In-N-Out.
